Will Crann is a seasoned producer, mixer and engineer known for seamlessly blending genres and conjuring lush sonic landscapes.

With over a decade of crafting records under his belt, Will's relaxed approach puts artists at ease, fostering an atmosphere where creativity can flow freely. He has an innate ability to connect with artists on a personal level and help them to define their vision and translate it into a finished recording.​​
While Will’s technically focused experience has been acquired in traditional recording studios, he found himself developing his creative skills and coming into his own as a producer and engineer in pop-up locations. Setting up remote recording studios in cottages, churches and town halls has pushed Will to become more creative in an environment full of limitations. Obsessed with sonics - Will makes emotionally based musical decisions to bring lush colouration to the projects he works on.
Will also records dialogue and voice overs for major TV and film studios, podcasts, and audiobook publishers. As a live sound engineer, Will has worked as a touring FOH engineer for the band Ellevator, and worked for several years as a house tech at The Dakota Tavern and many other venues around Toronto.

Catherine North Studios is a 1,500 square ft. open-concept recording studio located in the heart of downtown Hamilton, Ontario. The century-old converted church is home to many iconic Canadian and International recording artists including City & Colour, Feist, Broken Social Scene, Arkells, The Glorious Sons & more.The studio is operated by Duke Foster, Tristan Miller & Will Crann who are all dedicated to crafting beautiful records.
